How do I hire Images by Ingrid?  We have made it easy for you to hire Images by Ingrid.  All our forms are readily available online under our resource page. Just download, fill out and email.  The forms are password protected. Contact Images by Ingrid for the password.

How to view picture numbers: Unfortunately the online viewing website is not user friendly when it comes to finding your picture number. Please wait for you CD and all the picture numbers will be easily accessible. If this is not an option please contact Images by Ingrid and we will explain how to view your picture numbers on the online viewing website.

When will pictures will be online?  Depending how busy we are your wedding pictures are usually online 2-3 weeks after wedding date.  Please allow more time if you have printed proofs and/or the Black and White upgrade.

What is included in my wedding photography collection?
Please visit the Resource page and click on “After the Wedding Information and Forms”. Click on your wedding collection. Everything included in your wedding collection will be listed.

What is a fine art print?  If you have a special picture in mind in which you would like Ingrid to make black and white and hand color in your flowers, or bring out the sunset colors, special border effects, etc use this selection for your fine art print. Complete instructions, ideas, etc are on fine art selection form.

Retouching. Standard retouching is included on all  reprints, albums, etc. Retouching is not included on master CD. Simple custom retouching, fine art effects and special requests are $50 per 30 minutes. Complex retouching such as adding people, removing telephone lines, etc are out sourced and prices start at $100 per 30 minutes.

What is a DVD storybook slideshow? The storybook slideshow is a DVD slideshow of all your pictures in color with music. You can select from Images by Ingrid song list, or burn your own music.

When do we need to send our selections? Your wedding package selections expire 6 months after your wedding date. If Images by Ingrid does not receive your wedding package selections by your 6 month wedding anniversary you will incur a 20% charge of your total package price. Please refer to page two of your contract. 
 

How long does it take to make our album? After we receive your album selections the album creation process usually takes from 3 to 6 months.

How do I select the pictures for our album? Print up your favorite pictures. Make 3 piles. Have one pile be your must haves, another your maybes and another your no ways. Keep editing and comparing your pictures until you narrow down to your favorite selections.

When will we receive the items in our wedding collection?  Your master CD, proofs and thank you cards will be ready in 2-4 weeks. All the other items will be ready at the same time. Please allow 3 to 6 months after sending Images by Ingrid your selections.

Destination Couples. With the exception of your master CD, thank you cards and proofs, all the other items included in your package will be sent all at once. Please allow 3 to 6 months after sending Images by Ingrid your selections.

Local Couples. With the exception of your master CD, thank you cards and proofs, all the other items included in your package will be ready for pick up at the same time. Please allow 3 to 6 months after sending Images by Ingrid your selections.
